Enabling JavaScript in Internet Explorer

The steps below show the steps in Internet Explorer 6.0. It is conceivable that future versions of Internet Explorer will name things a bit differently or locate things a bit differently, but if that happens the steps below should still help you get close enough to figure out the small differences.

  1. From the browser menu bar, choose Tools and look for Internet Options, as is shown in the screen capture below.

  2. Choose Internet Options and something like the following will appear.

  3. Click on the Security tab, and the options will update as follows.

  4. Click the Custom Level... button to open the Security Settings, as is shown below.

  5. Scroll down to the Scripting section, as is shown by the added (for emphasis) red brace in the screen capture below.

  6. Click the Enable radio button.

  7. Click the OK button, and the following will appear.

  8. Click the Yes button. The Warning! shown immediately above will close and the Security Settings will close, leaving the Internet Options.

  9. Click the OK button. The Internet Options will close.

  10. Try to load the Personal Trainer home page once more. You should see something very similar to the following.
